We are on the move! Due to increased demand for space, British Family Food courses will now run out of the Westerham Hall, in Westerham, Kent. We will have access to a professional level kitchen and more work space to really get stuck in to the curing process. The meat however, will still come from the fabulous Chart Farm who supported us so wholeheartedly last year. The quality of their produce cannot be beaten so no change there! Come and join us on the first course of the year in April or maybe try our new Smoked Salmon in a Day course later on in May.


Big news for British Family Food is that we will now be hosted by the wonderful chaps at Chart Farm in Seal Chart, Sevenoaks, Kent for all our courses. Not only will the curing and smoking courses feature their superb meat but they have agreed to let us use their beautiful space to run our courses in the perfect environment. If you want to come and meet them for yourself, join us all for a great taster morning, completely free of charge at Chart Farm on Saturday 30th April from 10am to 12pm.
